Our bicycle seats are not only a familiar sight on the Dutch cycle paths, but they are also produced and assembled here in the Netherlands. We design our bicycle seats in-house. This way we maintain control over the entire design, down to the smallest details. This means that we not only pay attention to the functionality of the seats, but also to their aesthetics and ergonomics. Our factory is sustainable with solar panels on the roofs for efficient energy use. Our solar panels generate more than half of the required annual energy. For the rest, Qibbel purchases green energy to protect the environment as much as possible. In addition, our factory hall has a sustainable cooling and ventilation system that ensures a pleasant working climate, even on hot days. This not only contributes to the well-being of our employees, but also to the optimal functioning of our machines.
Packaging without plastic
We package our bicycle seats without plastic, which means less waste and is better for the environment. In addition, our cardboard meets strict sustainability standards. This means that the cardboard comes from forests that are managed responsibly, and that the production process is environmentally friendly.
Distribution with reduced CO2 emissions
Our choice for local production and assembly contributes to reduced CO2 emissions, as transport distances are kept to a minimum compared to products produced elsewhere in the world.
